Data Sharing & Third Parties
We share your information only in these circumstances:
- Client Companies: When you apply for or accept a placement, we share relevant professional information with the hiring company
- Service Providers: Background check vendors, payroll processors, and email service providers (all CCPA-compliant)
- Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect rights and safety
We do NOT sell your personal information to third parties.
Data Security
We use industry-standard encryption (AES-256) for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. Access to personal information is limited to authorized personnel who need it to perform their jobs. We conduct annual third-party security audits.
